FAQs

The project areas, from reorganization to business model transformation and business development, are very broad. How can you combine all this?

Our clients want implemented solutions. When we're involved in a reorganization or transformation project, it's a natural step to also adapt the business model and make it work - in other words, classic business development. That's why we always think about these projects holistically, with the most valuable thing in mind: your customers, your market.

What is the cost structure of a project assignment and how are the fees invoiced?

In most cases, costs are limited to the monthly fee. In some cases, additional travel expenses may also be incurred, but these are only a reimbursement of costs. Billing is done exclusively through iMB.Solutions' tax number. The fee structure is always agreed individually with the client, so as not to overburden the client's cash flow.

In which currencies are the invoices billed?

Normally, invoices are issued in the currency of the place where the service is provided. In most cases, invoices are issued based on the tax number and fiscal registration of iMB.Solutions in Brazil. The invoice amount is therefore issued in Brazilian reais. In project missions outside Brazil, invoices are mainly issued in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF). iMB.Solutions can also issue invoices in cryptocurrencies in consultation with the client.

Under what conditions does it make sense to invoice in cryptocurrencies?

Invoicing in cryptocurrency is particularly interesting if the project mission has to be carried out in a country where the monetary situation is characterized by excessive volatility or no iMB.Solutions accounts are active. In such cases, traditional payment processing can be costly due to fees associated with legacy payment rails. In contrast, crypto transactions often have lower fees, saving money for both iMB.Solutions and our clients. Cryptocurrencies enable near-instant cross-border transactions, eliminating delays associated with traditional banking systems. This speed is might be advantageous for iMB.Solutions working across different countries in the same project mission. Accepting crypto payments can offer benefits like faster transactions, lower fees, and access to a global market. However, for iMB.Solutions and our clients it is essential to stay informed about any regulatory requirements and tax implications related to crypto transactions.

Who are the professionals who will work for my company?

We will only work with iMB.Solutions partners and interim and associate project managers. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not keep a bank of candidates. Our core business is your project, not the placement of staff.

Is iMB.Solutions a consulting company?

Our clients want to be presented with solutions that we implement and that work. Consulting is a by-product, but not our core business.

Is iMB.Solutions an independent company?

We are a fully independent private company. There are no commercial or other conflicts of interest with consulting firms, auditors, interim management providers, recruitment agencies or law firms.

Are there modular project structures?
